What is new?

When Ask Whatfix AI detects ambiguity in a query, it prompts you with clarifying questions to better understand your intent before generating an Insight. This can occur when multiple events, cohorts, or user lists match the query. Select the most relevant option from the suggested cards to ensure the generated Trend Insight, Funnel Insight, or User Journey reflects the data you want to analyze.

Why does it matter to me?

Previously, if a query contained ambiguity, Ask Whatfix AI could select a different match than intended, resulting in less relevant insights.

With this enhancement, you can:

• Provide additional context when Ask Whatfix AI requires clarification.

• Select the correct event, cohort, user list or more for your analysis.

• View event screenshots to identify the correct event.

• Generate more accurate and relevant insights.

How do I do this?

This capability is available to all users who have enabled Ask Whatfix AI without additional configuration. For more information, see Ask Whatfix AI - Clarifying Questions.

Ask Whatfix AI Follow-up SuggestionsGA

What is new?

Ask Whatfix AI now provides follow-up suggestions after generating an Insight. Based on the generated Insight, Ask Whatfix AI suggests relevant next-step questions to help you further explore your data. Selecting a suggestion helps you explore related data by applying the required breakdowns or filters and generating a new Insight.

Why does it matter to me?

Previously, you had to manually determine the next question to ask and configure additional breakdowns or filters to continue your analysis.

With this enhancement, you can:

• Discover additional insights through guided follow-up questions.

• Explore related data without creating a new query from scratch.

• Apply relevant breakdowns and filters.

• Analyze data more efficiently with fewer manual steps.

How do I do this?
