What is new?

Ask Whatfix AI now includes the following enhancements to the Insights Agent:

• The Insights Agent now includes Deep Think in a single experience, eliminating the need to enable the Deep Think toggle. Based on the complexity of your query, Ask Whatfix AI applies deeper reasoning and generates contextual responses. You can also view or hide its thinking process while a response is being generated.

• The responses are now much richer and detailed to comprehensively answer user’s questions along with all the supporting insights data.

• The Insights Agent can now answer questions using the Whatfix support knowledge base. Ask product, feature, or analytics-related questions, including follow-up questions about metric definitions and calculations within the same conversation.

Why does it matter to me?

Previously, you had to enable the Deep Think toggle for complex queries and refer to Whatfix documentation for product-related questions.

With these enhancements, you can:

• Get contextual responses for complex queries.

• View how Ask Whatfix AI generates responses through its thinking process.

• Explore product, support, and analytics information in the same conversation.

• Ask follow-up questions about product features, metric definitions, and calculations.

How do I do this?

This capability is available to all users who have enabled Ask Whatfix AI without additional configuration. For more information, see Ask Whatfix AI.

Track Process InsightsBeta

What is new?

Traditional funnel insights do not let you track processes at an individual process level and are generally not suitable for processes that span across multiple users. Process Insights solves both of these limitations. Process Insights give you a complete visibility into every single individual process and its journey across any number of users.

Why does it matter to me?

Previously, Funnel Insights focused on user progression, making it difficult to analyze business processes that span multiple users or sessions.

With Process Insights, you can:

• Analyze the progress of individual business processes from the first Funnel step to completion.

• Measure process performance using metrics such as Completion Rate, Total Processes Started, and Completion Time.

• Drill down into completed and dropped-off processes to identify the associated individual process based on the unique process identifier for further analysis.

How do I do this?
