Download the Trend Insights data to understand how your users are interacting with Whatfix content at a granular level. Share this data with other stakeholders for decision making. Based on the engagement data, make decisions to improve your end users' experience and reduce friction in the application.
Whatfix enables you to download two types of Trend Insight reports:

Current Page Data: The report can be downloaded as a CSV to your local drive. The report consists of the exact table you see in Trend Insights. Each row represents an event; the Total column shows the cumulative interactions for the period, and the subsequent date columns list the day-by-day interaction counts.

Detailed insight data: The report is sent to your email as a ZIP file, which you can download and extract. The report consists of one row per event per day with the corresponding interaction count.
If you've added any breakdown (User or Event) to your Trend Insight, both the reports contain the breakdown data.
Use the following steps to download Trend Insights data:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
- Click the Trend Insight for which you want to download the data.
Filter your data based on Daily, Weekly, and Monthly timeframes.

Scroll down the page, and then click Export.

Select the export option as required using the dropdown.
