Edit Funnels

You may want to add a new step to an existing Funnel if a new step is introduced in the process that you want to track. Instead of creating a new Funnel, Whatfix enables you to edit your existing Funnel, and add a new step and rearrange the step as required.

Use the following steps to edit Funnels:

2. Click the Funnel Insight you want to edit.
   

3. Click Expand setup to view the Funnel setup.
   

4. Perform the following actions on your Funnels:

• Add new Funnel Steps: Add User Actions or Page View between the Flow steps you have added as part of your Funnels. Position a Funnel step above or below an existing step.
• Rearrange Funnel Steps: Rearrange User Actions and Page View.

5. Click Save.
