Enterprise Insights (EI) enables better visibility of application usage and Whatfix DAP (Digital Adoption Platform) engagement metrics across enterprise applications at the portfolio level.
Enterprise Insights consists of two metrics:
- Consolidated Whatfix DAP metrics (Flow started, Self Help shown, and more)
- Adoption Health metrics (Adoption score, Application utilization %, and more).
Consolidated DAP metrics: Shows the overall usage of Whatfix content and widgets across all applications.
Adoption Health metrics: Helps you understand the end-user behavior on the underlying applications.
This data enables identification and implementation of initiatives to improve adoption or optimize application license utilization costs.
