Funnel Insights for Page View not capturing data

Issue

You added a Page View as a Funnel Step, but it's not showing any data. However, Trend Insights for the event, Page View, shows engagement data.

Probable Cause

This issue occurs if an incorrect URL is entered in the Page View in Funnels.

Suggested Solution

When you add a Page View as a Funnel Step, ensure that you enter the exact URL of your page.

For example, if your URL is https://xyz.com and you enter it as https://xyz.com/, then the Funnel does not show any data.

In Trend Insights, the Page View is automatically captured, and the User filter or User breakdown can be used to filter the data further.
