Analytics data availability
Whatfix stores analytics data for up to two years.
In Dashboards, access data for up to one year, but at any point in time, you can view only six months of data. To analyze a full year of data, adjust the date range and view it in two six-month segments.
In Insights, access and view data for up to one year.
Contact support@whatfix.com in the following scenarios:
You want data older than a year.
You want to delete the data during the term of engagement or post-termination.
Note:
Whatfix stores only up to three months of engagement data for Self Help shown and Smart-tip loaded for page events. All other Whatfix engagement events follow the above-mentioned data availability policy.
Post termination data retention
Whatfix retains data for two years post‑termination of the contract.
