How far back can I access data in Product Analytics?

Analytics data availability

Whatfix stores analytics data for up to two years.

• In Dashboards, access data for up to one year, but at any point in time, you can view only six months of data. To analyze a full year of data, adjust the date range and view it in two six-month segments.

  

• In Insights, access and view data for up to one year.

  

Contact support@whatfix.com in the following scenarios:

• You want data older than a year.

• You want to delete the data during the term of engagement or post-termination.

Note:

Whatfix stores only up to three months of engagement data for Self Help shown and Smart-tip loaded for page events. All other Whatfix engagement events follow the above-mentioned data availability policy.

Post termination data retention

Whatfix retains data for two years post‑termination of the contract.
