Use Cohorts to compare and contrast end-user behavior. Create a Cohort as soon as your end users start performing or engaging with Default and Custom events and derive results immediately.
If you’ve added a Cohort as a Visibility Rule, the Cohort is refreshed in real time. When a user is added to or removed from a Cohort, Whatfix immediately evaluates the visibility of widgets for the user.
Note:
If your end users have not performed the events at least once, they do not show up in the Cohort rule builder.
