Overview
Integration Hub in Whatfix enables sharing data from a Workday account with a Whatfix account. It displays different content based on the user role information from Workday.
Content segmentation occurs based on the following parameters:
User Role
Team
Language
Department
Employment type and more

Integrating Whatfix and Workday requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
This integration enables the following use cases:
Roll out in-app reminders for employees who have not completed appraisal feedback.
Notify all users in a specific team about new HR policies through a pop-up.
Display a pop-up to all users from a specific department, such as local holiday information.
Present survey forms to employees to gather feedback about their managers.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
