Overview
Integration Hub in Whatfix enables sharing data from a Workday account with a Whatfix account. It displays different content based on the user role information from Workday.
Content segmentation occurs based on the following parameters:
- User Role
- Team
- Language
- Department
- Employment type and more

Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Workday requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
This integration enables the following use cases:
- Roll out in-app reminders for employees who have not completed appraisal feedback.
- Notify all users in a specific team about new HR policies through a pop-up.
- Display a pop-up to all users from a specific department, such as local holiday information.
- Present survey forms to employees to gather feedback about their managers.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
