Overview

The integration of Whatfix and Oracle enables segmentation of users based on their Role, Department, Job type, and other related information to display personalized Whatfix content.

Integrating Whatfix and Oracle Fusion requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.

Use cases

Personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:

• Display a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.

• Display a Success or Task Completion Pop-up when a process completes using the Business Unit information.

• Trigger a Flow automatically when users log in or complete a specific task based on their User Role and Department.

• Display survey forms in a Pop-up to gather user feedback from a department.
