Overview
The integration of Whatfix and Oracle enables segmentation of users based on their Role, Department, Job type, and other related information to display personalized Whatfix content.
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Oracle Fusion requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
Personalize the user experience based on the following conditions:
- Display a Welcome Pop-up to new users based on their Job Information and employment type.
- Display a Success or Task Completion Pop-up when a process completes using the Business Unit information.
- Trigger a Flow automatically when users log in or complete a specific task based on their User Role and Department.
- Display survey forms in a Pop-up to gather user feedback from a department.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
