Overview
Whatfix's Power BI integration enables you to push Whatfix Analytics data to Power BI as a dataset. This dataset enables the creation of custom reports displayed on the Power BI dashboard.

Whatfix also integrates with the desktop version of the Power BI application.
Note:
Integrating Whatfix and Power BI requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.
Use cases
- Track the usage and completion of tasks by end users and create reports on the Power BI dashboard.
- Track how new users complete onboarding tasks in the Task List and map the support tickets they create.
- Check the usage of new features and their adoption rates on the Power BI dashboard.
- Analyze search usage for users with an NPS score below 6 and identify unsuccessful search terms to address knowledge gaps.
Note
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
