Overview
Whatfix's Power BI integration enables you to push Whatfix Analytics data to Power BI as a dataset. This dataset enables the creation of custom reports displayed on the Power BI dashboard.

Whatfix also integrates with the desktop version of the Power BI application.

Integrating Whatfix and Power BI requires backend configuration that only Whatfix performs. Contact support@whatfix.com to set up the integration.

Track the usage and completion of tasks by end users and create reports on the Power BI dashboard.
Track how new users complete onboarding tasks in the Task List and map the support tickets they create.
Check the usage of new features and their adoption rates on the Power BI dashboard.
Analyze search usage for users with an NPS score below 6 and identify unsuccessful search terms to address knowledge gaps.
This integration is not available for Self Hosted mode of deployment.
