Overview
Using Integration Hub in Whatfix, data from your SuccessFactors account can be shared with your Whatfix account, and different content can be shown based on the user role information from SuccessFactors.
Content segmentation is possible based on the following parameters:
- User Role
- Country
- Language
- Region
- Employment type and more
Use cases
Here are some use cases that are possible using this integration:
- Roll out in-app reminders for employees who do not complete appraisal feedback.
- Notify all users in a country about new HR policies using a pop-up.
- Show a pop-up to users from a specific country, such as local holiday information.
- Show survey forms to employees to gather feedback about their managers.
How it works
Authentication
SuccessFactors follows Basic Auth for REST APIs, and Whatfix uses the Token-based authorization method.
