Unable to see the Users option in Visibility Rules

Issue

You want to display Whatfix widgets, such as Pop-ups or Smart Tips based on Cohorts, but you’re unable to see the Cohorts option in widget Visibility Rules. The Cohorts option enables you to add a Cohort as a Visibility Rule to target Whatfix Widgets to specific user segments. For more information, see Add Cohorts as Visibility Rules.

Probable Cause

The Cohorts option is unavailable because the Cohorts as Visibility Rules feature is a Beta feature that is not enabled by default.

Suggested Solution

Contact support@whatfix.com to enable the Cohorts as Visibility Rules feature.

Once the feature is enabled, you can see the Cohorts option.
