Global tag is an Auto tag, which is auto-created in your Dashboard and can be attached to all the Dynamic content (Flows, Smart Tips, and Beacons) and Static content (Links, Video Links, Articles, Image, and PDF). Adding a Global Tag to your content enables you to display the content within SelfHelp to all users across the application.

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Content.

Click All content.

Hover the cursor over the content for which you want to add a global tag, and then select it using the checkbox.

Click the Tags icon.

Click the plus icon.

Select global from the dropdown.

If the tag does not exist, contact support@whatfix.com.
- Click Done.
