Article helps your users find one-line answers within the Task List instead of navigating to a different page.
Create an article within a Task List Segment
Use the following steps to create an article within a Task List segment:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Task lists.
-
Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

Click Create and then select Article using the dropdown.

Enter the Title and the Description, Search Keywords and Tag.

Click Save.
Add an Existing Article to a Task List Segment
Similarly, you can add an existing article content to your Task List segment using the Select button.
Use the following steps to add an existing article to a Task List segment:

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Task lists.
-
Go to the required Task List segment, and then click the Edit icon.

Click Select.

Filter the content using the Filter option. In the dropdown, click ARTICLE.

Select the desired article from the list.

Click Okay.

The selected article appears in the Task List segment.
