Error: Maximum number of segments reached

Issue:

Whatfix shows you the "Widget Limit Reached" error message when you try creating a widget.

Probable Cause:

Whatfix enables you to create as many as 75 widget segments for each widget and store them in your account. This is the default limit for any widget.

Suggested Solutions:

Implement one of the following solutions:

1. Increase the default widget limit by contacting support@whatfix.com
2. Archive segments that are not in use.
