How can I unlock my Whatfix account?

Warning Message
When repeated unsuccessful attempts are made to access an account, Whatfix locks the account for your security. You are warned about entering the wrong password when you are left with only 2 attempts to enter the right password.

If you are confident about recollecting the right password, then click Try last time.

If you are not sure of the right password, then click Forgot Password to reset your password. You won't be able to use the Forgot Password option once you are locked out of your Whatfix account. For more information, see Reset my password.
How can I unlock my account when it is locked?
When you enter the wrong password during your last attempt, Whatfix locks your account. You instantly receive an email to your registered email address with instructions to unlock your account.

The following image shows the email that you receive after your account is locked.

If you remember your password, you can click the Unlock Account link in the email, which redirects you to the Whatfix Dashboard. You can enter the password and the captcha, and then click Log in to access your Dashboard.

If you have forgotten your password, you can click the Reset Password link in the email. You are redirected to the Whatfix Dashboard, where you can enter a new password and access your Dashboard again. For more information, see Reset my password.
