How often is Cohorts data refreshed?

Cohorts can be created to compare and contrast end-user behavior. You can create a Cohort as soon as your end users start performing or engaging with the Default and Custom events and derive results immediately. Cohorts are refreshed three times, approximately every eight hours, to capture the latest engagement data.

If your end users have not performed the events at least once, they do not show up in the Cohort rule builder.
