With Survey Analytics, you can view responses to a survey as given by your users. Survey Analytics enables you to view individual responses as well as provide the summary of these responses. You can then use this information to understand your user experience and make improvements. The following domain needs to be whitelisted for the Survey responses to be captured:
Use the following steps to access Survey Analytics:
On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Analytics.
In the navigation panel, click Surveys.
For any of the given reports, you can use the filter to narrow down your reporting to specific criteria. By default, the filter is set to display data for the last 3 months.
The Surveys tab shows the following information:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Survey Name | This column shows all the Survey names created in your account |

Creation Date | This column shows when the Survey was created |
You can view both summary and individual responses of the survey.
