The Email Integration in your Whatfix widget will open the native email client. Once set up, this feature enables the user to contact support.
How does it work?
The Email once enabled, appears as a button inside the Self Help. The icon appears only after a user searches in the menu and gets no results. When you click the email icon, the native email client opens.
How to set up Email us?
Use the following steps to integrate email support with Self Help:
- On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Style.

Click Self Help.

Click Support.

Select the Email support checkbox.

Enter the email address.

You can also modify the text to be displayed to the end user in the Text section.
- Click Save.
