Whatfix enables you to customize how Cues appear to your end users. Define icons and icon colors, choose the background color, button color, and more.

For more information on creating a Cue, see Create a Cue.

Note:

  • Customization options such as changing the button color, background color, and more, apply to all the Cues created on the application, including the existing Cues.

  • Whatfix enables you to customize Cues only from the Guidance dashboard. You cannot customize Cues using Studio.

  • The dashboard-level customization enables you to maintain consistency within an application.

Use the following steps to customize Cues:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, click Style.
