Whatfix enables you to customize how Cues appear to your end users. Define icons and icon colors, choose the background color, button color, and more.
For more information on creating a Cue, see Create a Cue.
Note:
Customization options such as changing the button color, background color, and more, apply to all the Cues created on the application, including the existing Cues.
Whatfix enables you to customize Cues only from the Guidance dashboard. You cannot customize Cues using Studio.
The dashboard-level customization enables you to maintain consistency within an application.
Use the following steps to customize Cues:
On the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, click Style.

Click Cues.

Under Appearance, make the following configurations:
Icon: Select an icon for the Cue.
Note:
Click Add Icon to add custom icons from the Icon library. For more information, see Use custom icons for Cues.
Icon Color: Select the color of the icon from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
Background Color: Select the background color of the Cue from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
X Color: Select the color of the 'X' icon from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
Button 1 Color: Select the color of the button 1 from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
Button 2 Color: Select the color of the button 2 from the existing color picker or enter the hex code of the desired color.
Title Formatting: Select the text style, size, and color for the Cue heading.
Description Formatting: Select the text style, size, and color for the Cue description.

Expand Interaction and make the following configuration:

Slide In: Select the position from where the Cue slides in on the application from the six available positions. By default, the Cue slides in from the top.

Click Save.

Note:
If you click Discard changes, all the modifications you've made to the content is lost, and the page reverts to its previous saved state.
Any changes that you make are applied to all the Cues that you may have on your application. This includes Cues that you have already created.
Ensure that you publish the customization changes to make them live on the application. For more information, see Push all Whatfix content and widgets to Production.
