Article summary

Upload videos to the Dashboard and then insert them into your Flows, Smart Tips, and other content to add more information. When opened, the video plays in a dialog box on the same page.

You can create videos using the Dashboard or Whatfix Studio.

When you upload a video to the Dashboard, Whatfix uploads the file without processing or modifying it.

Whatfix Studio automatically adds Auto tags to static content to ensure it appears contextually. If you create static content on the Dashboard, you must add these tags manually so the content appears correctly in widgets, such as Self Help and Task List.
