The Integration Status of your repository shows one of the following:

If your repository is authenticated, the provided credentials might be incorrect.
IP address restrictions might be preventing the integration.
Whatfix could not crawl the repository content due to an internal error.

Delete your repository and integrate it again with the correct credentials.
Reach out to your IT team to whitelist the required IP addresses.
If the integration failed due to an internal error, reach out to support@whatfix.com.
