Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites required to enable QuickRead:

You must have a total of at least 50 Whatfix articles or repository links in Production.
You must be using the Whatfix cloud mode of deployment.
For QuickRead to function with repositories behind authentication, enable End-user authentication for your account. Additionally, ensure that the Single Sign-On (SSO) of your base application matches the SSO for the repository.

The following are the limitations of QuickRead:

QuickRead cannot be enabled on accounts that use a Self Hosted or On Premise mode of deployment.
