Prerequisites
The following are the prerequisites required to enable QuickRead:
- You must have a total of at least 50 Whatfix articles or repository links in Production.
- You must be using the Whatfix cloud mode of deployment.
- For QuickRead to function with repositories behind authentication, enable End-user authentication for your account. Additionally, ensure that the Single Sign-On (SSO) of your base application matches the SSO for the repository.
Limitations
The following are the limitations of QuickRead:
- QuickRead cannot be enabled on accounts that use a Self Hosted or On Premise mode of deployment.
