Create a Survey on Mirror

Prev Next

Overview

Whatfix enables you to create a Survey on a Mirror simulation to collect feedback from learners about a Workflow they just practiced. A Survey gathers responses through question types you choose, so you can measure sentiment, surface what is working, and decide what to improve in the simulation or the underlying process.

For example, you can create a Survey on a Mirror simulation to ask learners how clear the onboarding module felt once they complete it, then use their responses to refine confusing steps.

Use Cases

Use Surveys to implement the following use cases:

  • Capture learner sentiment and feedback after they finish a simulated Workflow.

  • Identify which parts of a training module feel confusing or cumbersome so you can prioritize fixes.

  • Track responses over time to see whether changes to a simulation improve the learner experience.
