The Whatfix Mirror Dashboard enables you to group similar Workflows in a Simulation or link Workflows to provide an interactive experience with the Playground Mode.
Note:
Only users with Account Manager and Content Manager roles can access and view the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard.
Workflows that are in Ready and Production stages do not appear on Whatfix Studio.
Use the following steps to create and add Workflows to a Simulation:
On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, click Create simulation.
In the Create simulation dialog box, enter a name for the Simulation, and then click Create.
Select the Workflows that you want to add to the Simulation.
Click Move to Simulation.
Select a Simulation, and then click Move.
Note:
The Mirror Workflows within a Simulation are automatically linked through the Playground Mode. Here’s how Workflows appear inside a Simulation:
Playground Mode for Simulations
By default, Playground Mode is enabled and all Workflows within a Simulation are automatically linked. You can disable Playground Mode to stop automatic linking. This enables you to create guided experiences where learners follow a specific path.
Example: For a compliance training simulation, you might want learners to complete modules in a set order.
Use the following steps to manage the Playground Mode for Simulations:
On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, hover your cursor over the Simulation and then click the More icon.
Click Playground.
Click Disable.
Info:
If you want to enable the Playground Mode for the Simulation, repeat steps 1 and 2, and then click Enable:
