Issue
When you preview a Flow that uses a stage-specific Mirror URL from the Whatfix Guidance Dashboard, the preview fails to load. For more information, see Export a Mirror Workflow as a SCORM Package and Export a Mirror Roleplay as a SCORM Package.

Probable Causes
The Flow might not display the Mirror Bildschirm during preview when there is a Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) stage mismatch between the Flow and the Mirror. This can happen in the following scenarios:
The Flow and the Mirror are in different stages.
The Flow uses a Mirror URL from a stage different from the Flow’s current stage.
For example, the Flow might be in the Ready stage while the Mirror is in the Production stage. Since the Mirror URL is different for each stage, a mismatch prevents the Mirror Screen from displaying during preview.
Suggested Solutions
Ensure that the Flow and the Mirror are in the same stage.
Update the source URL of the Flow to match the Mirror’s stage-specific URL.
For example, if the Flow is in the Ready stage, replace the Flow’s current source URL with the Mirror URL from the Ready stage.
