Whatfix Mirror
The following are the updates for Whatfix Mirror:
Assessment Mode
What is new?
Introducing Assessment Mode in Mirror, which enables you to evaluate end-user task proficiency in a real-world, guidance-free setting. Assessments reuse existing Simulations and remove all training cues, such as Smart Tips and Flows, to offer an assistance-free experience. Mirror tracks end-user behavior during assessments and provides performance insights through built-in analytics on the Mirror dashboard.
Why does it matter to me?
Training alone does not confirm readiness. Assessment Mode provides a reliable way to measure actual task proficiency without relying on assumptions. It enables you to validate whether users can perform tasks independently before accessing live systems or progressing through onboarding. This helps measure training impact, identify areas of confusion, and certify learner proficiency.
How do I do this?
Assessment Mode is a beta feature available for Mirror. Use the Sign up for Beta button to get started.
For more information, see Assessment Mode.
Auto Flow Creation
What is new?
Auto Flow Creation enables you to generate Flows directly from Mirror Workflows. This feature identifies relevant screen elements and pre-fills tooltip content, helping you build Flows quickly. This improves authoring efficiency by removing the need to manually recreate Flows from captured Workflows.
Why does it matter to me?
Manual Flow creation delays timelines and introduces friction. Auto Flow Creation enables you to streamline the authoring process, reduce errors, and meet urgent deadlines, especially during application rollouts or tight launch schedules. Pre-filled tooltip content provides a strong starting point, so you can refine the content to match your requirements.
