Whatfix enables you to review captured Mirror Bildschirms and apply AI-powered Smart Edits suggestions to redact or modify content that might contain sensitive information. You can review the suggested changes and apply them to the relevant screens individually.
For example, you can review a captured screen that contains an email address, accept the suggested redaction, and apply it before you share the Workflow with your learners.
Smart Edits detect a defined set of commonly recognized PII categories and might not flag content that falls outside these categories. For more information, see Smart Edits in Mirror and Data Privacy and PII Handling in Mirror.

Whatfix Studio
After you capture Mirror Screens for a Workflow using Whatfix Studio, Whatfix highlights the screens that contain potential sensitive information with a yellow outline.
Use the following steps to review and apply Smart Edits suggestions in Whatfix Studio:

Launch Whatfix Studio on your application.

Click Mirror.
Click Start Mirroring.
Enter a name for your Workflow.
Click Create.
Select the UI element to capture the screen.
Click the Done icon after you have captured the required Mirror Screens.
Note:
If Whatfix detects sensitive information in one or more screens of your Workflow, the following message appears in Whatfix Studio:
Click the Edit icon of the screen you want to review.
Info:
A new tab opens, displaying the selected Mirror Screen.
Click the Edit icon.
Click the Suggestions icon.
Note:
When you apply a Smart Edit recommendation, the change permanently updates the content on the Mirror Screen. You cannot restore the original content after you apply the change.
Review the suggestions and apply the required changes to censor or modify the highlighted content.

Whatfix Mirror Dashboard
After you capture Mirror Screens for a Workflow, you can preview them from the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard to review and apply Smart Edits suggestions.
Use the following steps to review and apply Smart Edits suggestions from the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard:
On the Whatfix Mirror Dashboard, click the required Mirror Workflow.
Click the More icon of the Mirror Screen you want to preview.
Click Preview.
Launch Whatfix Studio.

Click Mirror.
Click the Edit icon.
Click the Recommendations icon.
