Whatfix enables you to delete any Funnel step from a Workflow that you no longer require in the Funnel Insight. For example, you may need to delete a step from a Funnel Insight when the corresponding event or Mirror Screen is no longer relevant to the current Workflow.
For example, when you delete a Mirror screen from a Workflow, leaving it in the Funnel can result in incomplete or inaccurate data for that step.
Removing such steps ensures your Funnel reflects only the valid sequence of events your users currently experience.
Use the following steps to delete a Funnel Step:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

Select the Funnel Insight in which you want to delete a step.

Click the X icon to remove the steps from the Funnel.
The Funnel instantly updates once you delete a step, giving you a cleaner view of the remaining Workflow sequence.
- Click Save.
