  • A Mirror folder once deleted cannot be restored.
  • Deleting the Mirror project does not remove every screen capture of the application. It only deletes the screens that are part of that specific Mirror project.

Use the following steps to delete a Mirrored folder:

  1. Launch the Whatfix Studio.
    CLM_editor plug in2

  2. Click Mirror.
    Mirror_click_mirror

  3. Go to the Mirror folder you want to delete, and then click the Delete icon on the.
    Mirror_sf_click_delete_icon_folder

  4. In the pop-up that appears, click Delete.
    Mirror_sf_click_delete

Whatfix automatically generates insights when you create a Mirror. To delete these insights along with the Mirror, select the checkbox Delete insights with folder.
