Summary Insight enables you to view the metrics for all the applications in a single table. The engagement metrics in Summary Insights include Guidance Metrics and Custom Metrics.
Guidance Metrics (Consolidated DAP metrics): Guidance Metrics contains all the events generated for Whatfix content and widget interaction across applications.
For more information on all the Guidance Metrics and their descriptions, see List of Whatfix-related events.
All the Whatfix-related events appear in Guidance Metrics, even if they've not been engaged with or interacted with.
Custom Metrics (Adoption Health metrics): Custom Metrics contain adoption metrics such as Unique users, Total Licenses, and more, to help you analyze the adoption and usage of applications.
Custom Metrics are available only in Summary Insights.
The following table shows a list of all the Custom Metrics available in Summary Insights:
Custom Metric | Description |
---|---|
Unique users | The total number of distinct users who have logged in to the application during the particular time period. |
Total licenses | The total number of licenses for an application. This metric shows data only if you upload the license details for the application. For more information, see Get Application Utilisation data using Enterprise Insights (EI). |
Median time spent/user | The median of the time spent by unique users on an application for a particular time period. |
Adoption score | Adoption score measures how active users are in the application. It is calculated by allocating equal weights to Activity and Completion rate. For more information, see Get Adoption score using Enterprise Insights (EI). |
Average time spent/user | The average of time spent by unique users on an application for a particular time period. |
Completion rate | Completion rate is calculated from the most recent 10 Funnels created in an account, filtered based on the created date. It is computed as the number of users who completed the last step in the Funnel divided by the number of users who completed the first step in the Funnel. The average across all 10 Funnels gives the completion rate. Completion rate is one of the metrics used to calculate Adoption score. For more information, see Get Adoption score using Enterprise Insights (EI). |
Application utilisation % | Application utilisation % is calculated as the number of unique users who are using the application divided by the number of licenses procured. This metric enables you to understand the Return of Investment (ROI) of the applications. For more information, see Get Application Utilisation data using Enterprise Insights (EI). |
User sentiment score | The User sentiment score gives you a single score for all NPS surveys rolled out in an application. This score enables you to understand your end users' feedback or reviews from all the NPS surveys rolled out on a particular application. For more information, see Get User Sentiment score using Enterprise Insights. |
