You may want to add a new step to an existing Funnel if a new step is introduced in the process that you want to track. Instead of creating a new Funnel, Whatfix enables you to edit your existing Funnel, and add a new step and rearrange the step as required.
Use the following steps to edit Funnels:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
Click the Funnel Insight you want to edit.
Click Expand setup to view the Funnel setup.
Perform the following actions on your Funnels:
Add new Funnel Steps: Add User Actions or Page View between the Flow steps you have added as part of your Funnels. Position a Funnel step above or below an existing step.
Rearrange Funnel Steps: Rearrange User Actions and Page View.

Note:
You cannot edit the Data source of an existing Funnel Insight. For more information, see Get Analytics Data across CLM Stages.
Click Save.

Click Save as to save the changes made to the existing Insight as a new Insight. For more information, see Copy Funnels.
Note:
If you have edited a Funnel Insight that is part of a Dashboard, then the changes are updated in the Dashboard as well.
