Can Product Analytics be disabled?

Yes, Product Analytics can be disabled for a particular account. If you do not wish to capture analytics for your account, then the setting can be disabled on the Whatfix Analytics dashboard. This setting also disables Guidance analytics.

Use the following steps to disable Product Analytics:

   • Clearing the Enable Whatfix Analytics checkbox automatically disables the capture of Whatfix analytics in the export or self-hosted mode of deployment.
   • Once you disable Whatfix Analytics, the tracking of Goal Management is also disabled.
