Funnels
Create sequential User Actions
Create sequential User Actions to visualize how end users progress through a defined path in your application. For example, if a process consists of 6 steps, create User Actions on all 6 steps and visualize them sequentially to understand end-user progress and drop-offs.
Create different types of Funnels based on your use case
Create Conversion Funnels to analyze how end users utilize a product. Create Productivity Funnels to determine the shortest time taken by end users to complete a process. For more information, see What are Funnels?
Compare Funnels to understand patterns in end-user behavior
Compare Funnels over time to determine if changes made in the application enable end users to complete a process effectively. For more information, see Compare Funnels.
Create Cohorts from Funnels to target guidance content
Create Cohorts of users who completed a Funnel step or dropped off from a Funnel step to target guidance content to the respective user group. For more information, see Create Cohorts from Funnel Insights.
Trend Insights
Use Any Whatfix Events to add more than 10 events in a Trend Insight
Currently, Whatfix enables you to add only 10 events in a Trend Insight. Use Any Whatfix Events event to add more than 10 events in a Trend Insight. Any Whatfix Events comprises all the Whatfix engagement events. For more information, see Error: You have reached the maximum limit of 10 Events.
Add Description to an Insight to provide context
Add description to an Insight to enable stakeholders to understand what the Insight is about when you add them to Dashboards for reporting.
Add Insights to Dashboards for reporting
After creating Insights (Trend Insights, Funnel Insights, and User Journey), add them to custom Dashboards for reporting. For more information, see Custom Dashboards in Analytics.
