Download User Journey data to understand end-user behavior on the application, the time they take to complete process steps, the exact points where they drop off from a process, and much more.
For example, understand at which point your users drop off from a process and identify these users. Using this data, target relevant Whatfix content or widgets to those particular users and help them complete the process seamlessly.
Use the following steps to export the user data in User Journey:
-
Create the User Journey. For more information on how to create a User Journey, see Create User Journey.
-
In the Sankey chart, click the node for which you want to download the user data.
-
On the pop-up, click See user data.
-
Scroll down to see the User level data.
-
To download this data, click Export data.
-
The data is downloaded in .csv format to your local drive.
-
The following image shows a sample CSV file:
The CSV file consists of the User Id, the total Time Taken by the user to complete the steps in seconds, the date and time on which a particular step is completed by the user, the number of times the user has interacted with a particular step, and the URL in which the Step is executed.
