How can I view user level engagement data using Product Analytics?

Whatfix enables you to track user-level engagement data for your application or Whatfix content. User filters and User breakdowns enable you to filter or group engagement data based on user properties, such as User ID, city, country, and more. The following are some examples of user-level engagement data you can analyze using Product Analytics:

  • Departmental trends: Find the number of users who are engaging with a new feature based on the Department using Trend Insights.

    To breakdown Trend Insight data by User ID, click Add user breakdown and then select User Id.

  • Specific journeys: Understand the journey of a specific user, identified by their User ID, using User Journey.
