How can I view user level engagement data using Product Analytics?

Whatfix enables you to track user-level engagement data for your application or Whatfix content. User filters and User breakdowns enable you to filter or group engagement data based on user properties, such as User ID, city, country, and more. The following are some examples of user-level engagement data you can analyze using Product Analytics:
Find the number of users who are engaging with a new feature based on the Department using Trend Insights.
Understand the journey of a specific user, identified by their User ID, using User Journey.
Find the number of new users who dropped off from a process using Funnel Insights.
Note:
User filters are available in Trend Insights, Funnel Insights, User Journey, Dashboards, Event groups, and Cohorts.
User breakdown is available only in Trend Insights.
