Add Cohorts in Trend Insights

You can compare and contrast Cohorts to understand how user behaviors differ. This helps you to draw Insights about their behavior. For example, you can find out how many users who are new to the application have completed a Flow using any browser.

Use the following steps to add a Cohort in Trend Insight:

2. Click + Create Insights.
   

3. Click Trend Insights.
   

4. To name your Insight, click the Edit icon.
   

5. In the Events Setup section, under Events, click Add Event.
   

6. In the User Filter section, click Add User Filter, and then select the Cohort that you want.

   

7. In the User Breakdown section, click Add User Breakdown, and then select the breakdown you want to add.
   

8. Once the setup is complete, scroll down to see the data chart that is generated.
   

9. Click Save.
