While navigating in a Flow, there may be occasions where an end-user may want to go back to a previous step and edit a value or view the step again. Users can click the Back button to navigate back to the previous step.
Note
The Back button doesn't appear if the previous step is optional.
For Smart Context enabled accounts, the Back button appears only if the consecutive steps have the same page tags. For non-Smart Context accounts, the Back button appears only if the consecutive steps are on the same page of your app.
If the Back button for a step is manually disabled and a step is added, moved, or deleted, then the Back button is reintroduced wherever applicable. The earlier change is overwritten.
The color of the Back button text is the same as that of the 'X' icon. Changing the 'X' icon color also changes the Back button text color.
You can add/remove the Back button from a Flow both for a specific Flow, using the Customize option and all the Flows, using the Configuration option.
