While navigating in a Flow, there might be occasions where an end-user might want to go back to a previous step and edit a value or view the step again. Users can click the Back button to navigate back to the previous step.
Note
- The Back button doesn't appear if the previous step is optional.
- For Smart Context enabled accounts, the Back button appears only if the consecutive steps have the same page tags. For non-Smart Context accounts, the Back button appears only if the consecutive steps are on the same page of your app.
- If the Back button for a step is manually disabled and a step is added, moved, or deleted, then the Back button is reintroduced wherever applicable. The earlier change is overwritten.
- Add or remove the Back button from a specific Flow using the Customize option, or from all Flows using the Interaction dropdown.
