Edit Trend Insights

Article Summary

Once you have created a Trend Insight, you can edit it as necessary.

Use the following steps to edit a Trend Insight:

  1. On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.

  1. Select the Trend Insight you want to edit.

To edit the Trend events and/or User filters, click the expand icon to expand the Event Setup section.

If your Trend Insight is a part of an exisiting Custom Dashboard, you can find the name of the associated Dashboard in the top left section of the screen.

You can perform the following actions on your Trend Insight:

  • Add/remove a new Event
  • Edit Event Filters and Event Breakdown
  • Add/remove User Filter
  • Add/remove User Breakdown
  • Change chart type
  • Change data timeframe, etc.

  1. Click Save.
