Flow closure feedback report

Use the following steps to access the Flow Closure Feedback Report:

  1. On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Guidance analytics.

  1. Click Flows.

  2. Go to the By Flow tab, and then select the Flow for which you want to see the report using the dropdown.

  3. Scroll down to the Flow Closure Feedback section to view the feedback.

    The Flow Closure Feedback report shows the number of responses and the reasons selected by your end users for the Flow closure. For more information, see Flow Closure Feedback.
