Any data about users, like usernames etc., are considered Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and therefore is encrypted throughout - in transit and on rest. So anything that is passed as user information or user segmentation information is secure.
Please note that,
- Whatfix supports the https protocol
- All accounts/data are access controlled
- Whatfix supports self-hosting of Flows. Using Whatfix Export mode, Flows can be self-hosted ensuring that there is no data flow outside your servers/premises
