Whatfix enables you to export the User Action Analytics Insight. The data helps you comprehensively analyze end-user engagement on your application. It is generated in a CSV format, as shown in the following image.

Use the following steps to download User Actions Analytics data:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
Search for User Action Analytics Insight and then click it.
Note:
Whatfix enables you to edit the following in the User Action Analytics insight:
Time period
However, you cannot save these changes to the insight.
To visualize the report with your own changes, click Save as to save the changes as a new insight. For more information, see Copy Trend Insights.
Scroll down to the table, and then click Export.
Select the required export option using the dropdown.

Current Page Data: The report downloads as a CSV file to your local drive.
Detailed insight data: The report is sent to your email as a ZIP file, which you can download and extract. For more information, see Download Trend Insights.
