Embed a Dropbox video using Embed code

You can embed videos to any Pop-up template to deliver more information to your users. The video can be embedded in the description section. For more information on Whatfix Pop-up templates see, Choose the Pop-up template.
Adding video embed code in a Pop-up is a 2-step process.
Step 1: Get the video embed code
Step 2: Inserting the video embed code in the Pop-up
Follow the steps below to add a Dropbox video to a Pop-up,
## Step 1: Get the video embed code
Dropbox does not have an in-built embed option to insert videos. However, we can manually create one.

Go to the location where the video file is located in your Dropbox account.

Hover your the cursor over the video and click the Share button.

In the pop-up that appears, click the Copy link button at the bottom.

Paste the copied link in a text editor.

Remove any parameters after the question mark and replace it with raw=1.

Replace video_link with the edited link in the code snippet below to get the embed iframe link.

Step 2: Inserting the video embed code in the pop-up

On the Whatfix Guidance dashboard, click Widgets.

Click Pop-ups.
- Hover your cursor over the Pop-up segment you want to configure, and then click the Edit icon.

In the Description section, place the cursor in the location where you want to add the video and then double-click to open the Rich Text Editor.

Click the Insert Video icon.

Paste the embed code that was copied in the first part above.

Click Insert.

Finish creating the Pop-up.
