Introduction

The Summary Dashboard gives you a high-level understanding of how content and widgets are performing on your application. The Dashboard contains various Insights, such as Unique users viewed, Unique users engaged, and more, to help you understand end-user engagement.

The following functionalities are possible in the New Guidance Analytics Dashboard experience for Analytics Summary:

  • View end-user engagement data for Whatfix content and widgets in easy-to-understand visual formats.

  • Understand the description of the metrics and the events that are used to calculate the metrics.

  • Add Filters, such as city, country, and more, to filter the data on the Dashboard.

  • Filter your data based on daily, weekly, monthly, or custom time frames.

  • Add Event Filters to drill down on the event. For example, find the number of users who started a particular Flow called Onboarding from a particular Self Help segment called Default segment.

  • Add User Filters to filter the users who engaged with the content. For example, find the number of users who view Pop-ups using the Chrome browser.

  • Change the chart type of the Insight, wherever applicable.

  • Export the Dashboard.
