Funnel Insights for Page View not capturing data

Issue

You added a Page View as a Funnel Step, but it's not showing any data. However, Trend Insights for the event, Page View, shows engagement data.

Cause

This issue occurs if an incorrect URL is entered in Page View in Funnels.

Solution

When you add a Page View as a Funnel Step, ensure that you enter the exact URL of your page.

For example, if your URL is https://xyz.com and you enter it as https://xyz.com/ , (with an extra slash), then the Funnel will not show any data.

In Trend Insights, the Page View is automatically captured, and you can use the User Filter or User Breakdown to filter the data further.
