Introduction
The feedback component of DAP on OS enables end users to share their thoughts about your help content. This feedback serves as a valuable tool to enhance your Whatfix content.
Overview
Access Feedback
End users can access the feedback form in two ways:

From the DAP on OS panel, by clicking the Feedback icon.

From Pin, by hovering their cursor over it and then clicking the Feedback icon.
Send feedback
To submit feedback, end users can type their feedback into the issue description box and then click Send feedback. Additionally, they can attach images and select a feedback category.
