How can I see analytics data of deleted content?

You can get the analytics data for deleted content, widgets, and custom events in your Product Analytics dashboard. You may need the analytics data for deleted content to check past engagement. By default, the Product Analytics dashboard does not show deleted content, widgets, and custom events in the list of events.
Use the following steps to view analytics data for deleted content:
If you have the enhanced Whatfix dashboard, use the following steps:
- On the Whatfix Analytics dashboard, click Insights.
On the Whatfix Dashboard, click Analytics.
Click Insights.
Click + Create Insights.
Click Trend Insights.
To name your Insight, click the Edit icon.
Click Add Event.
To see deleted content in Default (Whatfix-related) events, click the event and then the respective event filter.
Consider that you want to analyze the Flow completed from a deleted Smart Tip segment called Product Analytics.
Event: Flow completed
Event Filter: Segment Name
Segment Name: Product Analytics

- Enable the Show deleted events toggle.
The deleted segment appears in the dropdown with a Deleted chip next to it.
To see deleted Custom events, click the Custom Events and then enable the Show deleted events toggle.
Click the deleted content or event and finish creating the Insight.
Scroll down to see the data chart that is generated.
- The Show deleted events toggle is present for Default and Custom events in Funnel and Trend Insights, and Cohorts.
- You cannot see data for deleted Flows in Funnels.
