Each organization may have Whatfix enabled on multiple applications. With Enterprise Insights, you can understand the total number of users using Whatfix across all applications. Trend Insights enables you to drill down on the number of unique users using Whatfix across applications.

Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites to find the number of unique users on all applications using Enterprise Insights:

  • Enable User Identification on all applications.

  • Ensure that the User ID is the same across all applications.

Steps to measure utilization

Use the following steps to find the utilization of Whatfix across applications:

The following example shows unique end-user engagement with any Whatfix content across all applications:

  5. From the Select user type dropdown, choose whether to analyze data for All users, Identified users, or Anonymous users.
