Prerequisites
- You need to have a premium account in Microsoft Flow or Microsoft Power Automate.
- You need to create a survey on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice using the survey variables. For more information on how to use survey variables, contact your Whatfix representative.
Use cases

- Show the survey only to users who haven't completed the survey.
